Centered Yoga

The ‘c’ in blog.c-yoga.de derives from centered yoga, which is a concept of my teacher Dona Holleman www.donaholleman.com

Centered Yoga is based mainly upon the “eight vital principles” which found the core of this way of practice.

  • not doing of body
  • not doing of mind
  • not doing of intent
  • centering
  • rooting
  • connecting
  • breathingd experience
  • elongating

Note:

Below I would like to post little essays about these ‘vital principles’, which describe exclusively my personal view and experience! They got their inspiration from what I am learning from my teacher, but are completely my own perception, so if there is anything unclear or uncomplete its my responsibility.

About…

The vital principles should not be understood as a hierarchic concept, they are intervowen like in a hologram, so they are deeply interconnected and inside each of them the other seven can be found.

NoneĀ  of them can be seen isolated
